Jim Putnam

Jim Putnam has more than 25 years of maintenance and production manufacturing experience, advising industry leaders on their biggest opportunities and challenges.

He has deep functional experience leading operations improvement efforts in the industrial space, including medical device manufacturing and start-up technology. He works to address a range of issues, including cost transformation, supply chain optimization, manufacturing challenges, electromechanic staff development,  production management, and corporate due diligence. Jim has an expertise for hiring and developing maintenance  staff as well as production technicians and development and installation of highly automated custom inspection systems.

Jim has applied his management expertise globally working with teams throughout North America, Europe and Asia.
